Scope : This position holds the following roles and responsibilities in the Department of Pathology

Open locations: Kurnool, AP

Roles and Responsibilities:

Independently handle and report Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Cytopathology, and Histopathology

Interpret results in Biochemistry and Serology

Ensure adherence to IQC (Internal Quality Control) and EQAS (External Quality Assessment Scheme) standards

Qualification:

MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology with more than 01 Year of experience upto 10 Years

Strong diagnostic skills and attention to quality

Diagnostic Reporting

• Accurately analyze and interpret lab results across multiple disciplines: Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Cytology, Histopathology, Biochemistry, and Serology.
• Generate clear, timely, and clinically relevant reports for physicians and patients.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all lab procedures and reporting standards meet national and institutional quality guidelines.
• Participate in internal audits and maintain documentation to support quality control processes.

Clinical Collaboration

• Liaise with clinicians and hospital staff for case discussions, result interpretations, and diagnostic support.
• Assist in developing protocols and practices that enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

Lab Process Supervision

• Monitor sample collection, processing, and test execution to ensure integrity and reliability.
• Mentor junior lab staff and technologists in best practices and clinical standards.

Operational Excellence

• Assist in optimizing lab workflows for efficiency during high-volume hours.
• Support flexible shift coverage including weekends or holidays as needed.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with advances in laboratory medicine and incorporate emerging techniques where appropriate.
• Participate in training programs, conferences, or workshops recommended by the organization.
