Position - Cotton Yarn Sales Specialist Experience - 2 - 3 Years Location - Ahmedabad CTC - No Salary Bar for ideal candidate Job Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the Indian market to increase cotton yarn sales. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities across different regions in India to identify opportunities. 2. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across India. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers throughout the country. 3. Product Knowledge - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of cotton yarn products, including types, qualities, and applications relevant to various regional markets. - Provide technical support and product information to clients in different states. 4. Sales Presentations - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects in various regions. - Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, considering regional preferences. 5. Order Management - Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products across India. - Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements efficiently. 6. Market Research - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in different regions of India. - Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services. 7. Sales Reporting - Track and report on sales performance metrics on a Pan India basis. - Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management based in Ahmedabad. 8. Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals. - Participate in trade shows and industry events across India to promote products. 9. Customer Service - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, considering regional variations in service expectations. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 10. Training and Development - Stay updated on industry trends and developments within the Indian textile market. - Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Skills Required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. - Negotiation and closing skills tailored for the Indian market. - Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics across different regions. - Customer-focused approach with a sensitivity to regional needs. - Knowledge of the textile industry, particularly cotton yarn, and its dynamics in India.
