Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Lucknow. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The recruiter will also be involved in creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and managing the candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
