Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist at B&S Group, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and conducting interviews. Your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs by delivering performance metrics. Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist role operates from Vadodara as per UK work timings (11am-8pm).

Qualifications & Experience:

> Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

> Experience of 1-3 years as Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred.

Essential Skills Required :

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in MS Office and ATS/HRMS

• Knowledge of CTC Structure, HR laws and regulations
