Roles and responsibilities -


  • Should have hands on experience in job portal - LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed etc.
  • Should have good understanding of IT skills.
  • Shortlist resumes and conduct Interviews for different positions.
  • End to End Recruitment process.
  • Joining formalities and maintain relevant documentation of HR Records.
  • Send regular feed back to Manager or seniors on the status of Recruitment.


Required experience, skill sets and behavioral characteristics -


  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is a must for this role.
  • Should have very strong recruitment skills and relationship building, time management and listening skills.
  • Should be confident, organized, humble, patient, soft spoken, quick learner and most importantly driven to excel.
