HR professional

Roles and responsibilities -

Should have hands on experience in job portal - LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed etc.
Should have good understanding of IT skills.
Shortlist resumes and conduct Interviews for different positions.
End to End Recruitment process.
Joining formalities and maintain relevant documentation of HR Records.
Send regular feed back to Manager or seniors on the status of Recruitment.

Required experience, skill sets and behavioral characteristics -

Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is a must for this role.
Should have very strong recruitment skills and relationship building, time management and listening skills.
Should be confident, organized, humble, patient, soft spoken, quick learner and most importantly driven to excel.
