You will be joining First Connect Worldwide, a licensed freight broker company based in Noida, India, that specializes in providing transportation and logistics services in the USA. Our experienced team ensures smooth and efficient shipping procedures for shipments of any size or destination. As a Recruiter at First Connect Worldwide, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Non-Technical Recruiting. Your role will involve executing hiring and general recruiting tasks, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adhere to recruitment best practices and strategies is essential. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. The minimum requirement for joining is to successfully recruit 5 candidates per month, with daily interview lineups for the face-to-face round expected to be 6 to 7. The office timings are from 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM, with a 6-day working week from Tuesday to Sunday.
