About Us

Hire Global Talent is the licensed recruitment division of Visa Master Canada. We recruit for our internal teams and for Canadian employers across healthcare, hospitality, retail, construction, and LMIA-based roles.

Key Responsibilities / Job Duties

• End-to-end recruitment for Visa Master Canada staff and client employers
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Canadian employers
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and documentation
• Support LMIA-based recruitment requirements (advertising & screening)
• Candidate follow-ups and onboarding coordination
• Meet monthly recruitment targets and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Excellent English communication is a must (spoken & written)

• Hindi or Punjabi preferred (not mandatory)

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
