Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive leadership hiring for management consulting roles by building strong talent pipelines and

executing targeted search strategies.

• Partner closely with Practice Leaders and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and

align on hiring decisions.

• Conduct market mapping, competitor intelligence, and proactive outreach to identify top

consulting talent.

• Lead end-to-end search execution: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder

updates, and offer closure.

• Assess candidates on consulting competencies—analytical ability, client leadership, problem

solving, and cultural fit.

• Ensure exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate hiring reports, dashboards,

and KPIs.

• Continuously improve search processes, interview structures, and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with global management consulting firms or specialized search agencies.

• Understanding of consulting organization structures, career pathways, and market landscape.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms, leadership assessment tools, and DEI hiring practices.
