Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, headhunters, and corporate recruiters to identify and fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Assist in structuring and refining job descriptions based on business needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews via phone/video and coordinate on-site interviews.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Maintain and manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations, agencies, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct post-employment surveys and provide feedback analysis where required.
  • Stay current with HR trends, recruitment best practices, and employment regulations through continuous learning.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, recruitment methods, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including referrals and social recruiting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
