Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pyxidia Techlab, you will be responsible for supporting the company's rapid growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners to ensure successful staffing outcomes. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and strengthening Pyxidia Techlab's employer brand. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers, headhunters, and corporate recruiters to identify and fulfill staffing requirements. - Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies. - Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. - Assist in structuring and refining job descriptions based on business needs. - Conduct initial candidate interviews via phone/video and coordinate on-site interviews. - Support hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process. - Actively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals. - Maintain and manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders and external candidates. - Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations, agencies, and educational institutions. - Conduct post-employment surveys and provide feedback analysis where required. - Stay current with HR trends, recruitment best practices, and employment regulations through continuous learning. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. - Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies and workforce plans. - Solid understanding of HR functions, recruitment methods, policies, and procedures. - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including referrals and social recruiting. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong time management and multitasking abilities. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
