Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Auditor located in Noida. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for quality auditing, quality control, quality assurance, quality management, and auditing tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Experience in Quality Auditing and Auditing Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Strong understanding of Quality Management Attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to think critically and innovatively Advanced knowledge of business process improvement techniques Knowledge of modern BPO process and technology Monitoring customer interactions with the organization to identify areas of improvement (e.g. calls accuracy, customer experience, etc.) Show more Show less
