Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers including builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue through cross-selling.
Manage end-to-end sales activities to achieve assigned targets, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closure.
Identify new business development opportunities by researching potential clients, upcoming construction projects, and market trends within the roofing and construction segment.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to design effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and benefits to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to track performance metrics, improve conversion rates, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM or reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in construction, roofing, insulation, or building materials sales is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
