Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers including builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue through cross-selling.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities to achieve assigned targets, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closure.
  • Identify new business development opportunities by researching potential clients, upcoming construction projects, and market trends within the roofing and construction segment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to design effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and benefits to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to track performance metrics, improve conversion rates, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM or reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in construction, roofing, insulation, or building materials sales is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
