Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach (cold calls, referrals, field visits).
  • Perform targeted sales activities in assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote and sell both products and service contracts to hospitals and healthcare customers.
  • Regularly check current stock and assist with inventory coordination.
  • Provide accurate product information and coordinate billing requirements.
  • Collect payments and ensure timely closure of accounts.

Customer Relationship & Service Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend optimal product and service solutions.
  • Manage service sales contracts, renewals, and ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Handle product/service troubleshooting and coordinate with internal technical/support teams.
  • Promote reliability and value of services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and service progress reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, service, finance) to fulfill customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other tracking systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Degree/Diploma in any field (Biomedical Engineering preferred).

Experience

  • 23 years of experience in sales and/or service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in sales execution and customer service engagement.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to build trust and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
