Blue Star Ltd is looking for Service Executive - AMC Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Interacting with customers to address their inquiries or issues Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products or services Troubleshooting technical issues or problems with products, and providing solutions or workarounds as needed Escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff or management as needed Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions Collaborating with other teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner Identifying trends or patterns in customer issues or inquiries and providing feedback to the company to improve product design, delivery, or customer service Maintaining a positive and customer-oriented attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority Meeting performance metrics and targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Spare Parts Follow-up Process customer spare parts requests and ensure timely order placement. Coordinate with stores, purchase, and logistics teams to track availability and dispatch of spare parts. Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and service teams.. Service Coordination Coordinate with field service engineers for machine breakdown, preventive maintenance, and installation schedules. Ensure availability of required spare parts and tools before service visits. Follow up on service reports and close service calls in the system within defined timelines. Customer Follow-up Act as a point of contact for customers regarding spare parts, service updates, Payment and complaint resolution. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. Collect customer feedback on service quality and escalate issues where necessary. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of spare parts orders, pending deliveries, and service activities. Prepare MIS reports related to service calls, parts movement, and customer interactions. Support the team in warranty claims and service contract administration. Skills & Competencies Required Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good understanding of spare parts management and machine servicing. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM systems. Problem-solving and multitasking ability. Preferred candidate profile Qualification & Experience Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) or equivalent. 2 to 4 years of experience in service coordination, spare parts handling, or customer support (preferably in machinery / capital equipment industry). Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also be considered.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AMC Coordinator to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for UPS systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking renewals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of AMC-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Track warranty expiry and AMC renewal dates; share data with HO AMC team 60 days in advance. Submit AMC proposals 45 days prior to expiry and follow up for order conversion. Negotiate rate contracts and quotations with clients. Maintain AMC enquiry records and ensure timely execution of orders. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation, invoicing, and PO collection. Conduct daily client visits (minimum 5/day) to promote and secure AMC contracts. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate customer records. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Diploma in Electrical or related field preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in client coordination and documentation Familiarity with UPS systems and AMC processes is a plus
