Job Description

Acquiring new customers, ensuring high renewal rates, and providing excellent after-sales support. The role requires strong customer-handling skills, field flexibility, and a focus on delivering a superior ownership experience for RR Parkon systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
AMC revenue growth
through new customer acquisition and renewals.
Understand and address
customer needs
for maintenance, service support, and system upgrades.
Manage all
customer interactions
professionally from service follow-ups to issue resolution.
Conduct
site visits
for AMC discussions, inspections, and service monitoring.
Work closely with
service and technical teams
to ensure timely completion of AMC commitments.
Maintain accurate
records of contracts, renewals, and customer feedback
.
Promote
AMC plans
and highlight their benefits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Exhibit
soft-spoken, polite, and professional communication
at all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
3 years of experience in
AMC Sales / After-Sales / Customer Support
(preferably in technical or equipment-based industries)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel and work flexibly in the field
