Role & responsibilities Market Analysis & Enquiry Generation Managing Key Accounts Business development by increasing customer base Evaluation of tender documents Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender Preparation of techno- commercial proposals Order Finalisation Advance Collection Follow-up with factory for dispatch/inspection report, follow-up with transporter Balance payment collection Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to ensure adherence to schedule Coordination with purchase and planning department for material delivery and technical submittals Preferred candidate profile BE / B Tech/ Diploma Engineer with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC/Engg. Capital Goods like Chillers, Air Handling Unit, Pumps, Valves etc. Expertise in techno commercial negotiation and interpretation of complex terms and conditions of contract Able to read Engineering Drawings Knowledge of Basic engineering products viz. Gearbox, Bearings, Pumps, Valves etc. Knowledge of Product application engineering & performance troubleshooting Good knowledge of MS Excel. Perks and benefits Best in Industry
