As a Corporate AMC Sales Executive at our company in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for Apple devices to corporates, startups, enterprises, and institutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, offering tailored AMC packages, presenting proposals to decision-makers, and ensuring high post-sale satisfaction by collaborating with the service operations team. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage the complete B2B sales cycle, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and approach potential corporate clients through leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Assess client infrastructure and propose customized AMC packages for Apple devices. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service solutions to decision-makers. - Handle the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, and CXOs. - Collaborate with the service operations team to ensure high post-sale satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and contracts using CRM tools. **Candidate Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, Apple products, or AMC sales. - Solid understanding of Apple product ecosystems and service requirements. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Comfortable with client-facing roles, field visits, and meeting sales targets. - Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
