As a Corporate AMC Sales Executive for our team in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for Apple devices to various corporate clients including corporates, startups, enterprises, and institutions. Your responsibilities will involve identifying business needs, providing customized service solutions, and establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential corporate clients through various channels, assessing client infrastructure to offer tailored AMC packages for Apple devices, preparing and presenting proposals to decision-makers, managing the complete B2B sales cycle, and fostering strong relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, and CXOs. Collaboration with the service operations team to ensure high post-sale satisfaction and maintaining accurate records of sales pipeline and client interactions will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, Apple products, or AMC sales. A solid understanding of Apple product ecosystems and service requirements, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office are essential. You should be comfortable in client-facing roles, conducting field visits, and meeting sales targets.
