Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  sales strategies

  to acquire new elevator installation and AMC contracts.
• Build relationships with

  builders, architects, PMC consultants, and facility managers

  .
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, conduct

  site visits

  , and prepare technical-commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with the engineering and projects team for

  site feasibility and solution presentation

  .
• Negotiate terms and close deals with a strong focus on

  technical value selling

  .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  
• Represent the company in

  industry expos, events, and trade shows

  .
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Maintain and update CRM tools, sales reports, and client communications.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in

  elevator sales, AMC sales, or similar mechanical products.

• Technical background

  Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related streams.

• Strong knowledge of elevator components, installation processes, and sales cycles.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B technical sales role.
  
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
