Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned area. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers. Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profit. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Gather and report customer feedback and market intelligence to senior management. Team Leadership (for Manager role): Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team targets. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development to the sales team. Allocate sales territories and set clear, measurable goals for each team member. Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business plans on a regular basis. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
