Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profit.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Gather and report customer feedback and market intelligence to senior management.
• Team Leadership (for Manager role):
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development to the sales team.
• Allocate sales territories and set clear, measurable goals for each team member.
• Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business plans on a regular basis.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• ISO 9001: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• TAMIL/ENGLISH (Preferred)
