Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager (Female Preferred) to join our AMC Team at ISAPL. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about marketing services in the security and surveillance domain, capable of handling field activities, and building strong relationships with existing and new clients. This role requires travel and coordination with the technical and CRM teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote AMC services. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term AMC clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing AMC clients to ensure renewals and upselling. Coordinate with the technical and CRM teams for proposal preparation, client meetings, and follow-ups. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and service reviews across different locations. Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance. Identify market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in service marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with traveling as part of job responsibility. Strong negotiation and client-handling skills. Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
