Position: Marketing & Sales Manager
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 2-4 years in SaaS/Tech B2B/B2C Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Founder/Leadership Team
Team He/she will manage : Sales Executives

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our sales function, design go-to-market strategies, manage the sales funnel, and drive online/offline marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of SaaS/HRTech, and the ability to deliver revenue growth across student, college, and SME segments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Build, train, and manage a team of sales executives; monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Funnel Management: Develop and optimize the entire sales funnel – from lead generation to closure.
  • Marketing Oversight: Plan & execute integrated online/offline campaigns to drive leads.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and SMEs; lead high-value negotiations.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Create monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts, prepare sales performance reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Brand Building: Coordinate with product/marketing teams to position VOLKAI HR effectively in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product & customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred (not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in SaaS/Tech product sales (HRTech/EdTech preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and funnel management.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and take strategic decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
