Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new elevator installation and AMC contracts. Build relationships with builders, architects, PMC consultants, and facility managers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads, conduct site visits, and prepare technical-commercial proposals.
Collaborate with the engineering and projects team for site feasibility and solution presentation.
Negotiate terms and close deals with a strong focus on technical value selling.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Represent the company in industry expos, events, and trade shows.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM tools, sales reports, and client communications.
