Identify, pursue, and convert sales leads; maintain active pipeline updates in CRM/Sales Force. Gather and report competitive intelligence. Prepare quotations, calculation sheets, and order confirmations. Negotiate full-range machine sales with clients. Coordinate and conduct machine demos with Service/Application teams. Support smooth installation, delivery, after-sales service, payments, and customer satisfaction. Assist with exhibitions, open houses, and customer events. Keep up-to-date with product training. Required Skills & Behaviors: Strong direct sales, prospecting, and networking skills. Proven negotiation and closing ability. Excellent time management and communication skills. Proactive, strategic mindset to penetrate new markets and retain key accounts. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering. West Region: Minimum 6 years direct sales experience. North Region: Minimum 10 years direct sales experience. Experience selling capital machinery or industrial equipment preferred.
