About the Role

Field Sales Engineers

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Meet clients regularly (5-6 days per week on field) to understand requirements and offer the right solutions.
  • Demonstrate IR Tools and Karcher Cleaning Equipment at customer sites.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through active lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Share regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor updates.
  • Coordinate with the service team for after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of field sales experience in industrial equipment/tools
  • Must own a

    two-wheeler/four-wheeler

    with a valid driving license.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
