RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd. is the 1st integrated manufacturer of Solar PV Modules 2.5 GW and their key components i.e. Encapsulants 8 GW (POE & EVA), Backsheets 4 GW, and Solar PV Cells (2.3 GW expansion in progress.) RenewSys is a part of the Enpee Group of companies, established in 1961, a diversified global conglomerate with a heritage of manufacturing excellence. RenewSys has a global presence with offices in India, Mauritius, Nigeria, South Africa, Singapore, UAE, representatives in Europe, USA, Mexico, and Brazil, and an evolving distributor network. Currently, RenewSys has three manufacturing facilities in India, at Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Patalganga. The Bengaluru plant manufactures ‘CONSERV’ EVA & POE Encapsulants, and 'PRESERV’ Backsheets. At the Hyderabad, Fab City the RenewSys plant spread over 200,000 sq. ft. manufactures 'RESERV’ Solar PV Cells & ‘DESERV’ PV Solar Modules. At the RenewSys Patalganga facility, we manufacture Large Format ‘DESERV’ PV Solar Modules (1 GW). Our cutting-edge R&D labs, are a testament to the company's commitment to sustainable, future-ready renewable energy. The lab at Bengaluru is NABL Accredited. We are in the process of increasing our manufacturing capacities further and aspire to be the first choice for quality solar PV modules and their components worldwide. Recent achievements include: •Over 1 GW of solar PV Module shipments •Launch of India's first 6BB cells •India's only Backsheet Patent •Specialized Backsheet and Encapsulant for floating Solar PV • POE Encapsulant - CONSERV E 360, was recognized as a Finalist at Intersolar Award 2018. India’s only UL-certified POE, its unique formulation combines the advantages of TPO as well. • ALMM approved DCR Module Manufacturer *Multi and Mono cell Solar PV Modules available.

Role & responsibilities : New Product developmentProduct testing and reliabilityQA and QMS systemsTechnical services to domestic and overseas customersDevelop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goalsDiscover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantageHelp departments making methods and procedures for new products and processes Build and maintain reliable quality assurance and data analysis and interpretation process.Monitor KPIs to assess the performance and growth of the team Presentation/communication of technical and technology facts and figures to the internal and external audiences.Preferred candidate profile 15 - 17 years, around 5 to 8 years of experience in solar or related industry is preferred however, not mandatory.
