Job Description

Role & responsibilities New Product development Product testing and reliability QA and QMS systems Technical services to domestic and overseas customers Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage Help departments making methods and procedures for new products and processes Build and maintain reliable quality assurance and data analysis and interpretation process. Monitor KPIs to assess the performance and growth of the team Presentation/communication of technical and technology facts and figures to the internal and external audiences. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record of successful technological achievements and the knowledge of technological trends Understanding of budgets and business-planning Ability to conduct technological analyses and research Excellent communication skills Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking & and strategy building Problem-solving aptitude 15 - 17 years, around 5 to 8 years of experience in solar or related industry is preferred however, not mandatory. Bachelor or Master Degree in Polymers preferably from CIPET Age Group - 42 to 45 Years
