Your work profile

KPI & SLA Management: Establish and track SOC KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks to measure operational efficiency.
Continuous Reporting: Monitor and report SOC KPI parameters on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance and performance visibility.
Ensure SOC operations comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR) and client-specific security requirements.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to clients, demonstrating SOC performance, incident details, threat trends, and service improvements.
Manage audits and assessments of SOC processes and ensure that the SOC meets internal and external compliance requirements
Governance Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Managing Quality & Risk: Delivering high quality results and mitigating risks with utmost integrity and precision
Automation: Enable automated reporting for all Cyber Defense metrics to streamline governance processes.
Meeting Participation: Represent SOC in periodic governance meetings (weekly/monthly) and provide insights on performance trends.
Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all governance-related reports and dashboards.
Performance Insights: Highlight deviations from SLAs and KPIs and recommend corrective actions.

Desired qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field. A master s in business management is preferred.
