Job Description

Hiring for General Manager R&D for Top 10 Pharmacutical company (API )at Valsad District

Budget CTC: 55 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the Research & Development (R&D) team to design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for pharmaceutical products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and prioritize projects based on business objectives.
Develop and implement new technologies to improve process efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

15-25 years of experience in organic chemistry or related field with expertise in chemical synthesis, organic synthesis, R&D, RND.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines.
Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing R&D teams.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
