Job Title: Data Engineer Python | AWS | Snowflake Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Delhi Experience: 5- 10 years Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Python, AWS, and Snowflake to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating APIs, and optimizing data workflows to support business intelligence and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Snowflake and AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda). Write efficient Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and integration. Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Integrate and manage REST APIs for data ingestion and automation. Implement data quality checks, profiling, and validation processes. Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. Ensure best practices in data governance , security , and compliance . Required Skills: 36 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles. Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning). Proficient in AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena. Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Matillion, Airflow). Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Streamlit or similar Python-based dashboarding tools. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or GCP is a plus. Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
