Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  entire sales process

  , including lead generation, preparing quotations, and business development activities.
• Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.

• Direct online selling
  
• LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels
  
• Conduct regular customer visits (up to

  ) to achieve sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
• Provide timely updates on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting.
  

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 2-3 years of field sales experience;

  experience in the Food Industry is an added advantage

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for sales outreach.

Location:

• Diploma (with strong communication skills), OR
  
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical

  or

  Electrical Engineering

  (preferred)

  Language Requirement:

• Tamil and English – Mandatory

• Hindi – Preferred
