• Identify and Engage with clients to understand their automation needs and present suitable solutions.
• Travelling onsite for meetings with new & old clients.
• PipelineManagement:Maintainahealthysalespipeline,ensuringconsistentpushtobackendmarketingteamandalsoselfleadgeneration.
• Conduct detailed customer need analysis and recommend appropriate lift truck solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date sales funnel and reports on CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer on boarding and after-sales support.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
