We seek dynamic and driven Sales Engineers to promote and sell capital machinery across designated regions. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong customer service relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the capital machinery industry. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects. • Conduct product demonstrations and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs. • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies. • Submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly. Requirements: • 12 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in capital equipment or industrial machinery. • Strong understanding of industrial machinery and applications. • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets. • Willingness to travel 1015 days per month in the assigned region.Role & responsibilities
