Dealer Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

To develop new dealers in North, East, South & West Delhi, Gurgaon, , Noida & Ghaziabad, the following market segments

1. Garage equipment/tools dealers
2. Machine tools (dealers selling machines like milling machines, drill machines, and grinding machines)
3. Dealers selling CNC cutting tools, like facemill, endmill, and inserts.
4. people selling equipment to engineering colleges
5. Hand tools dealers
6. portable tools dealers like bosch, etc

Our Products are sold based on Quality, durability, and ease of use. Our machine vices are designed to increase productivity & deliver precision.

Educate and enforce minimum order value requirements and payment against the proforma invoice for all dealer transactions.

Dealers are to be developed on the policy of advance payment. Minimum order value to be 35000/-

• Develop and execute strategies to grow dealer network, focusing on new business development, relationship management, and customer acquisition.
• give reporting a priority.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retention rates.
  
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Dealer Development & management
  
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.B.A/ B.M.S).
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over personal meetings
