Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Dealer Development Executive to travel across for the purpose of expanding our dealer network in the electronics and mobile accessories segment. The role requires extensive travel, strong networking skills, and a passion for growing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit multiple states across to identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing dealers.
• Understand local market dynamics and tailor dealer engagement strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company and its products effectively during visits and meetings.
• Ensure dealers are educated about the company’s products, offers, and schemes.
• Work closely with the head office team based in NSP, Pitampura, Delhi for regular reporting.
• Provide daily visit reports, lead updates, and market feedback to management.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
• Assist in setting up regional dealer meets and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in electronics or mobile accessories.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 20+ days/month).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
• Proficient in using basic CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Salary:

As per industry standards + travel allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
