Dealer Development Executive

Job Purpose

The tasks a Dealer Development Management Manager or Network Expansion Manager is expected to perform include Identifying new dealers in domestic markets to support the growth and viability of the dealer network.

Main Accountabilities

• A leading role within the Dealer Development team, person will be responsible for development of dealership sales and service and Spares infrastructure across Pan India.
• Dealer facilities branding in line with the companys brand philosophy & CIP guidelines.
• Develops corporate identity / showroom identity program for the entire dealership network and implementation.
• Leads regular reviews and updates of Dealer standards, including corporate identity manuals for Dealers, monitors actual retail centres situations; and conducts periodical audits as required.
• Identification and on boarding of SI/CI vendors. Localization of SI/CI elements.
• Dealership layout preparation and approvals.
• Dealership project monitoring and ensuring dealership readiness and activation (ensuring optimum resources at the time of activation).
• Dealer Directory and Database management. (Details & Photograph of Infrastructure).
• Close coordination with the PR & Marketing strategy team/ Creative agency for the proper execution of dealership Inauguration / launch activities.
• Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by the manager.
• Monitoring the dealer revenue viability.
• Monitoring the dealer Manpower requirements and implementation of HR Policies.
• Preparing dealer agreement Letter of Appointment, Letter of Intent and Non-Disclosure Agreement and memorandum of Understanding for dealers / international distributors / Customers.
• Preparation of launch / inauguration of dealer network
• Dealer Secondary network development through brochures and ASC for service / spares reach to end customers.
• Monitor Sales Satisfaction Index Scores and Customer Satisfaction Index Scores.
• Monitor Dealer Satisfaction Index Scores.
