Marketing & Sales – Corporate and Institutional Focus (Primary Role): · Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients, including HR managers, L&D heads, school/college administrators, and event organizers. Use both digital (LinkedIn, email marketing, social media) and offline channels (networking events, cold visits, referrals). · Stakeholder Engagement: Initiate contact with key stakeholders from corporate companies, educational institutions, and business networks. Set up and attend in-person or virtual meetings to understand their needs and explain how our product and services align with their goals. · Presentation & Pitching: Deliver customized presentations and demos for corporate training modules and membership plans. Explain the unique value proposition of experiential learning and how it enhances team dynamics, strategic thinking, and communication. · Client Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with leads and existing clients. Act as a consultative partner, suggesting the most relevant offerings—be it memberships, one-time workshops, or ongoing engagements. · Campaigns & Branding: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (emailers, social media, events). Collaborate with the content/design team to create engaging material like brochures, decks, and proposal documents. · Coordination & Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, follow up for meeting confirmations, and ensure timely coordination between clients and the training/facilitation team. · Sales Closure & Reporting: Track conversion rates, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing (if authorized), and ensure smooth on-boarding of new corporate members or training participants. Maintain sales reports and dashboards to share progress and insights with the leadership team.
