Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager with 4 years of experience to join our marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage SEO, Google PPC, and Social Media campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

• Conduct in-depth research to identify target keywords, audiences, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing & business administration.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
