About the Role As a Branch Manager at Go Garage a multi-brand automobile service company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of your assigned branch. Your role is pivotal in ensuring productivity, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards while driving overall growth of the branch. Key Responsibilities Branch Operations & Productivity Lead and monitor daily branch operations, ensuring seamless workflow. Drive productivity of technicians and support staff to achieve branch performance targets. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Team Management Supervise technicians and service advisors, providing guidance and performance monitoring. Conduct regular briefings, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of job cards. Support recruitment, training, and retention of skilled manpower. Customer Handling Ensure professional handling of walk-in and appointment customers. Provide timely updates on vehicle service status and delivery commitments. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust. Spare Parts & Inventory Management Oversee stock levels of spare parts and consumables. Ensure proper billing, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Minimize wastage and pilferage through strict checks. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain and update branch performance records on Go Garage software. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Share operational updates with Area Head/Management. Business Development Support local marketing activities, AMC sales, and customer loyalty programs. Build vendor relations and explore new opportunities for growth in the area. Candidate Profile Proven experience in managing an automobile service workshop/branch. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technicians and support staff. Knowledge of vehicle servicing processes, spare parts, and customer service standards. Proactive, target-oriented, and hands-on problem solver. Good communication and reporting skills.
