Key Focus: Drive order inflow, project execution, and customer satisfaction for LV & MV Switchboards, Panels, & Busducts across India by managing sales, execution-related activities, and resources. Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve budgeted order booking and sales (invoicing) targets for LV & MV Switchboards, Panels, & Busducts Pan India. Lead direct and indirect sales efforts, ensuring seamless execution of projects. Manage and lead the sales team to deliver on the sales budget and organizational objectives. Take initiative in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries into orders. Maintain close relationships with consultants, specifiers, key accounts, and customers to capitalize on available business opportunities. Conduct technical discussions with customers, achieve technical closure, and lead commercial negotiations. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of sales for LV & MV Switchboards, Panels, & Busducts. Work closely with cross-business teams and key clients to enhance sales effectiveness. Lead the sales process and actively drive project execution within contractual frameworks to meet/exceed cost, schedule, and P&L targets. Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and contractual obligations. Ensure timely payment collection from customers. Develop and manage customer relationships to facilitate smooth communication and business transactions. Drive process adherence and cross-functional coordination between Estimation, Marketing, Design, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and After-Sales Service teams. Coordinate with other sales teams for order booking, customer interactions, and project execution based on specifications. Resolve issues related to contract adherence, project quality, and timelines. Exhibit strategic and tactical expertise to drive business growth and continuous improvement. Preferred Candidate Profile: 12+ years of experience in sales and business development for LV & MV Switchboards, Panels, & Busducts. Specialized focus on Data Centers (Grey Space), Metro Rail, Airports, Commercial Infrastructure, Industrial Units, MES, and Hospitals. Prior experience in Data Centers preferred. Strong networking among consultants, specifiers, EPC companies, leading government departments, and corporates in the Data Center segment is a significant advantage.

Expertise in design and simulation tools such as Creo, ProE, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA , etc. Strong knowledge of electromechanical design , materials, and product standards. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise PLM/ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across functions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 3-10 years of experience in product development for low-voltage switchgear, specifically circuit breakers and switch disconnectors. Good understanding of relevant certifications, standards (IEC/IS), and testing protocols. Experience with cross-functional project management in a structured development environment.
