Job Description

AMC Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track warranty expiry and AMC renewal dates; share data with HO AMC team 60 days in advance.
  • Submit AMC proposals 45 days prior to expiry and follow up for order conversion.
  • Negotiate rate contracts and quotations with clients.
  • Maintain AMC enquiry records and ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation, invoicing, and PO collection.
  • Conduct daily client visits (minimum 5/day) to promote and secure AMC contracts.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate customer records.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Electrical or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in client coordination and documentation
  • Familiarity with UPS systems and AMC processes is a plus
