We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in IT and tech roles Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment trackers Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or generalist HR activities Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities to grow and learn across HR functions Show more Show less
