About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    — from understanding job requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including

    job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases

    .
  • Screen and evaluate candidates’

    technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

    through interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports in the

    ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

    .
  • Build and maintain relationships with

    potential candidates and hiring managers

    to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Stay updated with current

    IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices

    .
  • Ready to learn and upgrade themselves with new strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field

    .
  • 1 month - 1 year of experience

    in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of

    technical roles and skills

    (e.g., .NET, Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
  • Experience using

    job boards ( Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

    and social recruiting tools.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Ability to

    prioritize and manage multiple positions

    simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for

    niche or senior-level IT roles

    .
  • Familiarity with

    ATS platforms

    such as Zoho Recruit, Workable, or Lever.
  • Certification in

    Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment

    is a plus.
