The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, creating recruitment strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
