Cliantech Solutions and Technologies LLP specializes in customized plant design with optimal process flow layout, turnkey solar module line supply ranging from 200MW to Multi Gigawatt, and project engineering and management. The company also provides 24x7 service support, annual maintenance contracts, and supplies raw materials, spares, and consumables. Additionally, Cliantech offers support for IEC and BIS product certification.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Greater Noida Extension. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, creating recruitment strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida Extension.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
