As we continue to expand our operations across multiple states, we are looking for a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition professional to help us build high-performing teams that shape the future of political strategy and communication in India.

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across verticals such as field operations, media, data analytics, research, and communications. This role requires strong networking abilities, an understanding of fast-paced hiring environments, and the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with vertical leads to identify talent needs and define role specifications.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate assessment rounds with relevant teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen Showtime’s presence in the political consulting space.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs across states and departments.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced or project-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
