Job Title : Senior Pega Manager Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Pega development teams in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications Provide technical leadership and guidance on Pega-related projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices Oversee the development of Pega applications, including case management, decision management, and robotics automation Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation Ensure high-quality delivery of Pega projects, meeting business requirements and timelines Develop and implement Pega-related strategies, standards, and best practices Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, enhancing their Pega skills and knowledge Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with Pega governance and regulatory requirements Required Skills Technical Skills : Pega PRPC (7.x, 8.x) and Pega Cloud Pega Case Management, Decision Management, and Robotics Automation Strong understanding of Pega architecture, rules, and data modeling Experience with Pega implementation methodologies (e.g., Pega Agile Delivery Methodology) Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services) Soft Skills Strong leadership, management, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 5 years of experience in lead or managerial roles Proven experience in leading Pega projects and teams Strong understanding of Pega best practices and industry trends Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Certifications Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher certifications are desirable.
