Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Loxo, and other U.S. platforms
• Screen resumes and assess fit based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain daily/weekly outreach reports and trackers
• Work collaboratively with our U.S. team (Chicago HQ)

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of

  U.S. Non-IT Recruitment

  experience
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Boolean search and sourcing tools
• Comfortable working the

  U.S. EST shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST)

• Immediate joiners preferred
