🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in staffing.

• Build and maintain target client databases with accurate company and decision-maker details.

• Track hiring trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to support the sales team.

• Work closely with Business Development Managers to support client outreach strategies.

• Provide data-driven reports and actionable insights for effective client engagement.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in market research / lead generation / client mapping (preferably in staffing or recruitment).

• Strong skills in using LinkedIn, job boards, and other market intelligence tools.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, US Staffing environment and support EST shift operations.

• ✅ Added Advantage: Candidates with prior experience in US staffing firms such as W3Global, Avance, Talent Logic, or similar companies.
